Terms & Conditions
Last updated: April 18, 2026 · Version 2.0
Adhesion Contract: By clicking "Sign Up", "Log In" or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part, do not use the service.
Cross-acceptance with iAudita: EFOSGratis.com operates on the same technology platform as iAudita.com. Upon registration, your account and session are automatically provisioned on iAudita's infrastructure to enable the download service. Therefore, by accepting these terms you also accept, simultaneously and to the extent applicable, the iAudita Terms & Conditions and its Privacy Notice.
1. Acceptance of the Terms and Definitions
Welcome to EFOSGratis.com, a platform operated by TsCancun. By accessing and using the web platform, applications and associated tools (the "Service"), you (the "User") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
Minimum age: The User declares being at least 18 years of age or having the legal capacity to contract on behalf of a legal entity.
1.1 Definitions
- "The Platform" or "the Service": Software as a service (SaaS) for the download, management, validation and analysis of CFDIs, accessible from EFOSGratis.com and iAudita.com.
- "TsCancun" or "We": Company operating the service, owner of iAudita and EFOSGratis.com.
- "User" or "You": Individual or legal entity that registers and uses the service.
- "Account": Individual record associated with an email address.
- "Free Plan": No-cost access with specific features and limits described in Section 3.
- "Subscription" or "Paid Plan": Access to premium features through recurring payment.
- "SAT": Mexico's Tax Administration Service (Servicio de Administración Tributaria).
- "PAC": Authorized Certification Provider (Proveedor Autorizado de Certificación).
2. Description of the Service and Scope
The Platform is a software as a service (SaaS) designed to facilitate the download, management, validation and analysis of Digital Tax Receipts via the Internet (CFDI) directly from the SAT's servers.
The service is designed for:
- Individuals with business activity
- Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
- Accountants and accounting firms
- Personal and business use
Nature as a "Tool": The Platform is a technological tool for administrative and accounting support. Use of the software does NOT replace the professional judgment, advice or opinion of a certified public accountant. The interpretation of the data and the ultimate compliance with tax obligations are the User's sole responsibility.
2.1 Technical Specifications of the Service
Industrial Download Engine: The service uses an architecture based on the SAT's official WebServices (mass download web service), which allows for greater stability and download volume than the traditional portal scraping method. This direct integration guarantees the authenticity and integrity of every CFDI downloaded.
Update Frequency: The platform guarantees a synchronization attempt every 12 hours for each active RFC, ensuring that the metadata and XMLs (issued, received and canceled) faithfully reflect the state of the taxpayer's tax repository before the SAT.
Mass Capacity: The system is optimized to process taxpayer portfolios with volumes exceeding 20,000 stamps per month without service degradation, thanks to a scalable infrastructure designed for high-demand environments.
To learn how we protect the encryption of your e.firma and tax credentials throughout the entire data lifecycle, read our Privacy Notice.
3. Plans and Service Levels
3.1 Free Plan
The Free Plan allows you to download CFDIs from the last 5 years with the following characteristics:
Nature of the Free Service: The Free Plan is offered as a courtesy from TsCancun at no cost to the User, with no guarantee of permanence or continuity. TsCancun may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice:
- Modify, limit or suspend the features of the Free Plan
- Reduce download limits, storage or any other aspect of the service
- Discontinue the Free Plan temporarily or permanently
- Convert free features into paid features
The User accepts that they have no vested right to the free service and that its discontinuation will not give rise to any right to indemnification, compensation or claim of any kind.
| Concept | Limit |
|---|---|
| RFCs per account | 1 RFC per user account |
| Download history | 5 years of CFDIs |
| Permitted use | Personal and own business use |
| Technical support | Self-service through FAQ and documentation |
3.2 Paid Plans (Subscriptions)
Paid plans offer additional features such as:
- Management of multiple RFCs
- Advanced tax auditing and validation
- Detailed reports and analytics
- Priority technical support
- Additional premium features depending on the plan
4. Subscriptions, Billing and Renewal
4.1 Payments
- The paid service is charged in advance according to the selected plan (Monthly or Annual).
- Prices are expressed in Mexican Pesos (MXN) and include VAT.
- Payment is processed through secure and authorized payment providers (Stripe).
4.2 Automatic Renewal (opt-in)
Automatic renewal is activated only with the User's express consent upon contracting the subscription. The User can deactivate it at any time from the settings panel (Settings → Subscription → Disable automatic renewal), effective at the end of the current billing cycle. It does not require a phone call or contact with support.
To avoid a new charge being generated, cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the close of the cycle.
4.3 Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the service and the immediate access to premium features, we do not offer refunds for:
- Partial months used
- Buyer's remorse once the charge for the period has been processed
- Lack of use of the service during the contracted period
In the event of a technical failure attributable exclusively to TsCancun that prevents the use of the service for more than 72 continuous hours, a credit proportional to the unused period will be granted.
4.4 Price Changes
TsCancun reserves the right to adjust the prices of the plans, notifying the user at least 30 days in advance via email. Price changes will not affect the current billing cycle.
4.5 Default
In the event of non-payment, TsCancun will temporarily suspend access until the situation is regularized. After 15 days of suspension without regularization, the deactivation process will begin in accordance with Section 10.
4.6 Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your user panel.
- Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the paid features until the end of the billed period.
- After cancellation, your account will automatically return to the Free Plan (except for full deactivation, see Section 10).
5. Registration, Account and Tax Credentials
5.1 Registration Requirements
- Provide a valid and verifiable email address (no anonymized or temporary addresses)
- Provide a valid RFC of which you are the holder or authorized legal representative
- Be over 18 years of age
- Accept these terms and the privacy notice
5.2 Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the Service
- You are responsible for any activity or action under your account
- You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
- You may not assign, transfer, sell or sublicense your account, credentials or the rights under these Terms to third parties without written authorization from TsCancun
5.3 Differentiated use of tax credentials (FIEL / CSD)
The Platform makes differentiated use of each type of tax credential:
- e.firma (FIEL): by uploading your
.cerand.keyfiles together with the private key password, you grant the Platform a limited and automatic authorization exclusively for consultation and download before the SAT: mass download requests for CFDIs (issued/received), Tax Mailbox (Buzón Tributario) consultation and obtaining a Compliance Opinion. The Platform will never use your e.firma to sign contracts, annual returns or other legal acts, nor to issue CFDIs on your behalf. - CSD (Digital Seal Certificate): used solely within the electronic invoicing module (available in paid plans) for the stamping of the CFDIs that the User chooses to issue from the platform, always under the User's express instruction.
5.4 Credential Storage
To provide the automatic XML download service and notifications:
- All information is stored encrypted using the AES-256 standard (the same level of security used by banking institutions)
- The encrypted credentials are used only to connect to the SAT and download your CFDIs automatically
- There is no human interaction with your credentials: only our automated systems access the information
- No employee or person has access to your credentials in plain text
- You can delete the files from Settings → Certificates with immediate effect
6. Service Availability
The operation of the Platform intrinsically depends on the availability, stability and response times of the servers of the Tax Administration Service (SAT) and the Authorized Certification Providers (PAC).
Therefore, the Platform does NOT guarantee nor is it responsible for:
- Interruptions, slowness or failures in the SAT portal
- Inability to download XMLs due to SAT maintenance windows
- Changes in the structure, CAPTCHA or security protocols of the SAT that require updates to our system
- 100% availability of the service
We commit to making the necessary technical adaptations as soon as possible in response to changes in government portals, but we cannot ensure a specific resolution time as it depends on external factors.
7. Intellectual Property and Prohibited Uses
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by Users), its features, functionalities, design, code, interfaces, texts and images are and will remain the exclusive property of TsCancun and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademarks and other laws of Mexico and foreign countries. The downloaded XMLs are the property of the corresponding taxpayer.
Expressly prohibited uses
The following is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from TsCancun:
- Performing reverse engineering, decompiling or attempting to access the system's source code.
- Carrying out scraping, automated crawling or systematic extraction of content, endpoints, structure, texts, design or flows.
- Performing penetration testing (pentesting), vulnerability scanning or security audits on the Platform's infrastructure without prior written consent.
- Registering or using the Service for benchmarking or competitive espionage purposes by employees, partners, executives or contractors of companies that compete directly with iAudita or EFOSGratis.com.
- Copying, replicating or imitating the design, UX, features or structure of the Service in competing products or services.
- Using the Service for illicit, fraudulent activities or activities contrary to public order.
- Impersonating third parties, registering with false data, others' RFCs or anonymized/temporary emails.
- Interfering with the operation of the Service through denial-of-service attacks, mass sending of requests, injection of malicious code or other means.
- Reselling the service: charging third parties for using the Platform or for the data obtained through it (except legitimate professional accounting services).
- Circumventing limits: using the Free Plan to manage multiple client RFCs while evading the corresponding paid subscription.
- Abusive automation: using bots, scrapers or any automated tool to make unauthorized mass requests.
- Multiple accounts: creating multiple accounts to circumvent the service limits.
TsCancun reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that engage in these practices immediately, without prior notice and without the right to a refund, as well as to initiate the corresponding civil and criminal actions.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall TsCancun, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers or affiliates, be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation:
- Loss of data, tax information or documents
- Fines, surcharges or tax penalties imposed by the SAT
- Decisions made based on the downloaded information
- Calculation errors arising from incomplete information from the SAT or the User
- Unauthorized access arising from the user's negligence in safeguarding their passwords
- Service interruptions caused by the SAT or third parties
- The use or inability to use the service
The service is provided "as is". We offer no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability or availability of the service.
TsCancun's maximum aggregate liability to the User, for any cause, shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by the User for the Service during the 12 months immediately preceding the event that gave rise to the claim. For Free Plan users, since there is no economic consideration, TsCancun's maximum aggregate liability is limited to zero (0) MXN pesos.
9. Indemnification
The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless TsCancun, its directors, employees, partners, agents and affiliates, from any claim, damage, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- The User's breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- Illegal, fraudulent or abusive use of the Service by the User.
- Content or data that the User uploads to the platform that infringes third-party rights.
- Third-party claims related to the User's activity on the Service.
- The User's use of credentials, RFCs or information of third parties without authorization.
10. Service Termination and Download Window
10.1 Termination by the User
The User may cancel their subscription or deactivate their account at any time from the settings panel. If on a paid plan, the subscription deactivation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Full account deactivation triggers the flow described in 10.3.
10.2 Termination by TsCancun
TsCancun may suspend or terminate a User's access, immediately and without prior notice, in the following cases:
- Breach of any clause of these Terms.
- Non-payment for more than 15 days from the due date (paid plans only).
- Fraudulent, competitive, illicit use or use contrary to Section 7.
- Demonstrable risk to the security of the Service or to third parties.
- Legitimate request from a competent authority.
- Prolonged inactivity on the Free Plan exceeding 12 consecutive months.
Note: Account cancellation for breach is final and gives rise to no right to a refund. Registration with the same RFC or email address will not be permitted. We reserve the right to deny service without the obligation to explain the reasons.
10.3 Download window and data deletion
Upon any deactivation (voluntary, due to default, due to breach or due to inactivity), TsCancun will send a secure download link to the registered email address containing all the information associated with the account. The User will have 30 calendar days to download said information.
After 30 days without the User having downloaded the information, all data will be permanently and irrecoverably deleted from the servers, and access to previously authorized third-party applications will be revoked. The full details can be found in the Privacy Notice.
Tax note: The obligation to retain CFDIs for 5 years provided in Art. 30 of the Federal Tax Code falls on the taxpayer holding the RFC, not on TsCancun. The 30-day window is intended to allow the User to fulfill that obligation by fully downloading their receipts before deletion.
11. Modifications to the Terms
TsCancun reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our practices, in applicable legislation or in our services.
When the changes are substantial, we will notify the User by email to the registered address and/or by means of a prominent notice within the application at least 15 days in advance of their entry into force. Continued use of the Service after the effective date shall imply acceptance of the modified Terms.
12. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for breaches caused by force majeure or fortuitous events, including but not limited to: failures or unavailability of the SAT and/or PAC, internet or electrical supply outages, natural disasters, massive cyberattacks at a global or regional level, pandemics, armed conflicts, acts of government or regulatory changes that prevent the provision of the Service.
13. Personal Data Protection
The processing of the User's personal data is governed by our Privacy Notice, drawn up in accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP). The User may exercise their ARCO rights (access, rectification, cancellation, opposition) by writing to [email protected].
14. Reservation of Rights
TsCancun reserves the right to:
- Modify limits: Change download limits, the number of permitted RFCs or any aspect of the service
- Deny service: Reject registrations or cancel accounts of users who engage in abusive practices
- Modify features: Add, modify or remove features of the service
- Suspend the service: Interrupt the service temporarily or permanently for technical, legal or commercial reasons
- Discontinue the Free Plan: Suspend, limit or eliminate the free service at any time, without this giving rise to any liability towards users
Absence of Obligation: The fact that TsCancun currently offers a free service does not create any obligation to maintain it in the future. Free Plan users acknowledge that they use the service at their own risk and that its continuity depends exclusively on TsCancun's willingness and ability to continue offering it.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from the use of the Service shall be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City, with the User waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domicile.
16. Final Provisions
- Entirety: These Terms, together with the Privacy Notice and the iAudita terms applicable by reference, constitute the entire agreement between the User and TsCancun regarding the use of the Service.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
- No waiver: TsCancun's failure to enforce compliance with any provision shall not constitute a waiver of future breaches.
